Single Sailing Holidays About us

What makes us so unique?

Our sailing holidays offer you:

  • A personal and tailor made holiday

  • Privately owned, well equipped yacht

  • Flexibility to allow for crew preferences

  • Experienced skipper and crew

  • Well equipped and maintained boat

  • A double berth per person, unless you are a couple

  • All cabins have their own ensuite facilities

  • Limited number of people on board

There is plenty of space.

For comfort, there is space onboard to breathe, space to move and space to sleep. Most of our holidays are enjoyed with 4 to 6 people aboard our 49ft luxury yacht.

I try and accommodate as many guest requests as possible. Some clients want to get actively involved, some less so.

Some people want to refresh skills or build confidence in sailing manoeuvres, others want to learn skills for the first time, but whatever your preference, mucking in and going with the flow are integral to enjoying the trip.

The itinerary for the week will reflect the skills and preferences of our guests and the weather forecast. There is no fixed schedule.

The choice is yours.

Our aim is to offer you a top quality sailing holiday. Most other operators have much older boats and you will usually have to share your cabin, and that usually means sharing a bed too. They also pack their boats to the maximum capacity.

A holiday with us means you enjoy a privately owned yacht boasting the sort of creature comforts you won't find on a normal charter boat.

For instance, we offer memory foam mattress toppers, full size pillows, laundered linens, luxury towels and hammam and swim towels, and a well- equipped kitchen.

Solo Sailing Holidays Mediterranean

We offer you a tailor-made holiday.

A typical day will involve a leisurely early morning swim in still blue waters, followed by a breakfast of local produce to enjoy outside in the morning sun. Once breakfast is cleared and enough coffee drunk we review the plan and itinerary for the day, taking into account the weather conditions. We may set sail or, whilst waiting for the wind to pick up, take a stroll on shore. After preparing for passage and having made final use of any onshore facilities, we set sail.

With steady calm winds there is plenty of opportunity to chat, daydream, watch the scenery, read a book or practice your sailing skills.

Lunch is usually at anchor in a remote bay after a few hours sailing, and provides another opportunity to go for a swim. We will then head on to our evening destination. Having moored for the evening there is then plenty of time to go ashore and explore before returning to the boat for sundowners and dinner or to head to a nearby bar or restaurant to spend the evening.

On land and sea.

Should we be unfortunate enough to have a day of poor weather we can organise a personal tour ashore to visit historic sites or places of interest and a lunch out.
